Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) Caring people preparing youth for life. YBGR provides mental-health services for children and families. YBGR serves roughly 700 unique clients each month. While primarily serving Montana, YBGR has provided services to youth hailing from nearly every US state over the past 60+ years. In my role as CIO, I get the pleasure of adding to a great mission and workforce, providing leadership and development of the following areas:Clinical Quality – Improvement of outcomes through the use of data to monitor and enhance the business objective. Foster a culture of clinical teamwork and work to reduce silos for information management.Compliance – Navigating local, state and federal laws and regulations to ensure the agency remains protected and provides excellent care. (CMS, HIPAA, COA, etc.)Risk and Reporting – Reduce risk through carefully monitoring facility metrics. Complete mandatory reporting requirements. Identify problems and focus staff on solutions.Technology – Implement a robust technology platform that allows for mobility, security and ease of use. We utilize videoconferencing and mobility to ensure that our staff can be in the communities where youth and families need them.Supervision – IT, EHR, Research and Outcomes, Medical Records YBGR has built a strong foundation of caring people. It is my distinct pleasure to work alongside a team of 300 caring professionals.
